We will conduct a reference and credit check and will contact you if your application is successful or not.
Conduct a Condition Entry Report on the property.
Pay in advance the rental payment and bond before we hand over the keys to your new home.

We supply affordable, shared housing, which means a tidy home providing you with your own lockable bedroom space and a shared kitchen, living/dining room area and bathroom. Whiteware, TV, WiFi and electricity are also supplied, as well as a weekly or fortnightly cleaner.
