Rents must be paid regularly into a specified account by automatic payment, arranged with your bank.  We can discuss payment frequency with you once your application is successful.

If your budget is tight, then a room-by-room rental may be just what you are looking for.  We supply affordable, shared housing, which means a tidy home providing you with your own lockable bedroom space and a shared kitchen, living/dining room area and bathroom.  Whiteware, TV, WiFi and electricity are supplied, as well as a weekly cleaner.  Take a look at our To Let page!

If there are any issues with you failing to make a rent payment, please contact us immediately.  If unresolved, a 14 day notice notice will be issued giving you time to pay the arrears.
