We will make immediate contact with regard to important matters and resolution of issues such as a late rental payment, or when property repairs are required... but we won’t get in touch unnecessarily. You hire us to free you from the day-to-day hassles that we have the expertise to deal with.

We will provide fortnightly emailed statements of:
rent payments
maintenance jobs
expenses paid
the total amount credited to your bank account.
