You will be required to sign a lease contract that includes your best interests and clarifies your responsibilities as a tenant.

Included in this contract will be an initial property inspection after 4 weeks of your residency to ensure you are satisfied with your tenancy, followed by regular 3-monthly property inspections, of which you will be notified in advance.

If you break your lease contract for any reason you will be required to pay us a finder’s fee equivalent to one week’s rent, plus all costs involved in advertising for a replacement tenant.  You will also be required to continue paying your standard rental until a new tenant is found.
