If you lock yourself out and contact us between the hours of 9.00am to 7.00pm during Monday to Friday, there will be a $100 charge for us to unlock your door.

If you lock yourself out between the hours of 7.00pm to 9.00am during Monday to Friday, or at any time during a weekend, you will need to call a locksmith at your own expense.

Our office is closed on public holidays.  If you lock yourself out at any time during these days you will need to call a locksmith at your own expense.

If you lose your key, a replacement key will cost you $100.
