We will conduct an initial new tenant 4-week property inspection, followed by regular inspections every three months.  As tenants you will receive 48 hours advance notification.

Inspections are essential so we can ensure any work that may need doing on the property is addressed.  This ensures your own safety and wellbeing, as well as reassuring the owner that their property is being cared for.
